May 6th, 2012: SCTA Presents The Fun(d) Trial! Where else, but Romoland?

Always fun, never with a bitter aftertaste, it's the Romoland Fund Trial! Coming right up.

The 2011/12 SCTA Trials season is now over. There is not an emoticon that can capture this sad fact.

The schedule below lists ALL Trials events in the region. Set your calendars now for another rocking good season of Moto-Trial madness. Your Ironman award awaits...

Please note!: Asterisked items are either hosted by non-SCTA clubs, or are other 'fun' events, and do not count toward the SCTA Championship or the Ironman Award. Relax and have fun at these events. Ride a tougher class if you so desire. It's all good.

*May 6: Youth Fund Trial and SCTA Championship Awards, at Romoland, CA*

*May 19: Round 1 of the AMA/NATC National Championship Series, with El Trial de Espana Pro Shoot Out.

*May 20: Round 2 of the AMA/NATC National Championship Series

Round 1: September 25:

  The SCTA Season opener by VOTE Trials Club, at Cahuilla/Motoventures. Results here, flyer still available here. (For the collector, ha ha).

Round 2: October 16: SDTR Trials Club, at Cahuilla/MotoVentures. The PDF version of the flier, for your refrigerator.

Round 3: November 13: VOTE- 

Round 4: December 4: VOTE- Romoland

Round 5: January 15: VOTE- Romoland: The Timmy Loop!

Round 6: February 12: SDTR-  Big Rock Trials at McCain Valley. Be sure to check the weather, and here is the map. Be green (and cheap!) and carpool. Road trip food tip: Potato wedges at the gas station at Acorn Casino. That's livin' large, and you know you need the carbs!

March 25, Round 8: The Schreiber Cup at Keyesville, CA, as presented by the Valley Observed Trials Enthusiasts, VOTE. Epic conditions as always. A beautiful area, great camping, and the best checkers EVER... Directions and maps, and weather!
